The Team
None of the activities of the Northamptonshire Black History Project would have been possible without the hard work and commitment of our team.
This included over 40 sessional workers and volunteers who worked with us to conduct historical research and record numerous oral history interviews.
There were also a number of people who were not directly involved with the project but who advocated on our behalf and were able to make things happen in the local communities.
The fulltime members of our team comprised:
Carolyn Abel, Director
Nicola Taylor, Community Research Officer
Julia Drake, Oral History Officer
Eric Asumang, Administration Officer
Maria Patten, Administration & Transcription
